By clicking the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the member fully and unreservedly accepts all the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by Limpialotodo.com serves as proof of the transactions made between Limpialotodo.com and members of its Private Community. Limpialotodo.com will confirm your order by sending an email.
The contractual information is provided in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
All product prices include taxes, but do not include shipping costs.
The minimum purchase is €10 (excluding shipping or other fees).
Limpialotodo.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed (subject to product availability), except in the case of obvious typographical errors.
Products remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.
Limpialotodo.com reserves the right to refuse an order from any member with whom there is an ongoing dispute.
Availability
Limpialotodo.com will make every effort to meet customer demand for products.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email of the order cancellation.
Following this request, the speed of the refund to the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These timeframes are further detailed in the "Delivery" clause.

Returns
All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, in accordance with Spanish Retail Trade Law.
Customers must first notify their intention to return by email. Limpialotodo.com will reply by email with precise instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund to the customer's account will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods by LimpialoTodo.com.
Returns will not be accepted if the supplied products have clearly been used.
Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. They must be sent to the address specified by Limpialotodo.com in the return instructions provided by email.
If the supplier does not accept the return because the product has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse for collection by the customer for up to thirty days from the return date.
Packages without any identifying information (order number, name, address, etc.) cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the sender, who must send the goods securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
Through Limpialotodo.com you can return purchased products for a refund of their value. Once the returned product(s) are received, Limpialotodo.com will verify their condition and process the refund of the amount paid minus shipping costs (€7 VAT included), regardless of the value of the returned product.
Anyone returning their product will receive an email informing them of the refund amount.
Warranty
Warranties and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver products that comply with the contract, being liable to the consumer and user for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user have the right to product repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
Liability, disputes, and applicable law
Limpialotodo.com cannot be held responsible for breach of contract in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, or fire. In case of dispute, the member will first contact Limpialotodo.com to seek an amicable solution.
The Courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction. These general terms and conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and carried out in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement regarding their validity, interpretation, or execution will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, which are expressly granted exclusive competence.
Modification of the general terms and conditions of sale
Limpialotodo.com reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, remove, or add both the content and services provided through the site as well as the way they are presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time a purchase is made through the Limpialotodo.com website.
Members of the "Private Community of Limpialotodo.com" who do not agree with the modifications to the general terms and conditions must notify this and, from the date the new version comes into effect, must stop using the Limpialotodo.com services. If any of the terms of the general conditions is illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void, and the agreement between the parties or, failing that, the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code will apply.
