Margras - Concentrated Degreaser for Griddles

FEATURES:

This is a dark brown liquid product with a strong alkaline reaction.

It is formulated with a blend of alkalis, surfactants, descalers, and wetting agents that deliver effective cleaning on kitchen equipment.

APPLICATIONS:

MARGRAS is specially designed for cleaning griddles and ovens with heavy carbon and burnt-on grease. It is also suitable for cleaning tiles, filters, countertops, and other kitchen surfaces. Do not use on components containing aluminum or its derivatives.

MARGRAS should not be used on components or equipment containing aluminum, zinc, or their alloys.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply while the griddle or oven is still hot, allow to act for at least 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with pressurized water or mechanical assistance.

If the dirt is not excessive, dilute between 10% and 25% in water.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD WITH WHITE CLEANING STONE FOR GRIDDLES:

1. Allow the griddle to cool.

2. Apply our griddle degreaser MARGRAS or your usual degreaser.

3. Gently scrub the entire surface with the white cleaning stone where the degreaser was previously applied.

4. Remove any residue with a damp cloth or wipe.
